FAQ & Contact
What is a digital download?
A digital product is a file you receive online instead of a physical item. Nothing is shipped — you download it to your phone, tablet or computer right after purchase.
Which guide should I start with?
If you're brand new, the Faceless Content Quick-Start Kit gives you ready-to-edit Pinterest layouts, Reel scripts and a two-week posting calendar. If you want a step-by-step plan, the 30-Day Faceless Seller Action Workbook walks you through one small assignment a day. Not sure? Try the Guide Finder — answer a few questions and it suggests the best fit.
What's the difference between the bundles?
The Faceless Seller Starter System combines all four ebooks plus the 30-Day Workbook — a learning and implementation pack. The Faceless Seller Complete Bundle includes everything in the Starter System plus the Quick-Start Kit's templates, scripts and calendar. If you buy the Complete Bundle, you don't need the Starter System or the individual ebooks — they're all inside.
Do I need to show my face or use my real name?
No. Every Jagtastic guide is built around faceless content. Faceless Income Strategies covers the overall approach, while Pinterest Marketing Mastery and Instagram Reels That Convert show you how to grow on each platform without appearing on camera.
What file formats will I get?
Most guides are PDFs that open on any phone, tablet or computer. The Quick-Start Kit also includes editable PowerPoint (PPTX) layouts, PNG examples and plain-text versions you can copy and adapt. Each product page lists exactly what's included before you buy.
How do I buy?
Click the buy button on any product in the shop. Checkout happens securely on Payhip — you don't need an account on this site, and Payhip handles payment and file delivery.
When do I get my file?
Right after payment, Payhip shows a download link and also emails it to you, so you can download again later from that email.
Is there a free sample?
Yes — the free Start Here guide is a 6-page excerpt from the Quick-Start Kit. Enter your email on that page and you can download it instantly.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refund terms are handled through Payhip. If something goes wrong with your order, contact me and I'll help.
Do you guarantee income or results?
No. These guides teach practical steps for faceless content and digital products, but your results depend on your own effort and choices. Nothing here is a promise of earnings.
Where can I learn more for free?
The Jagtastic blog has practical beginner tips on faceless content, Pinterest, Reels and digital products — a new post every month. You can also grab the free Start Here guide.
