Digital downloads & refunds

Delivery

Every Jagtastic product is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After you pay on Payhip, you get your download link on screen and by email from Payhip.

Problems with your order

If a file won't open, a download link doesn't arrive, or you receive the wrong file, contact us and we'll help.

Refunds

All products are digital downloads; no physical items are shipped. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

If you receive the wrong file, purchase the same product twice by mistake, or encounter a damaged file or download problem, contact Jagtasticstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help resolve it and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
